We operate on SAP S/4HANA, which integrates our key functions—manufacturing, finance, supply chain, procurement, and sales—into one unified platform. This helps us maintain efficiency, accuracy, and real-time visibility across the business.
CRM, SFA & Distributor Management:
To strengthen customer and channel engagement, we use:
- Salesforce CRM for international operations
- A customised in-house SFA for the domestic sales force
- Distributor Management System (DMS) for structured order management, secondary sales tracking, schemes and performance visibility

Lead, Loyalty & Customer Experience Systems:
- Our Lead Management System ensures quick capture and assignment of leads from all channels.
- We run a Loyalty Management System to engage carpenters, dealers, architects, and partners through rewards and personalized programs.
- We also use an automated NPS (Net Promoter Score) framework to continuously listen to customers and improve their experience.
Supply Chain & Logistics Technologies:
