About The Program

This program reimagines classroom learning through FLN (Foundational Literacy and Numeracy) focused pedagogy, teacher mentoring, and digital learning.

Key Features

  • Targeted FLN sessions strengthening reading, comprehension, and numeracy using activity-based learning tools.
  • Digital learning sessions supported by LG interactive panels, audio-visual teaching aids, and blended learning approaches.
  • Teacher training workshops on pedagogy, classroom management, inclusive education, and formative assessments.
  • Creation of learning corners, reading walls, math manipulatives, and other child-friendly learning resources.
  • Student wellness sessions on hygiene, emotional resilience, mental well-being, and life skills.
  • Active parent engagement through PTMs, home visits, and community interactions.
  • Regular school events, national day celebrations, science activities, and competitions promoting holistic development.

A comprehensive infrastructure improvement initiative, including:

  • Renovated classrooms and school premises with improved lighting, flooring, ventilation, and safety features.
  • Construction of a modern, hygienic kitchen for mid-day meals, improving student nutrition and food safety.
  • Installation of digital learning infrastructure and enhancing classroom aesthetics.
  • Repainting, safety repairs, and upgrading sanitation facilities and drinking water systems.

Overall Impact

130 students

and 300+ indirect beneficiaries impacted directly through more than 219 Literacy & Numeracy sessions and 81 Wellness programs in FY 24-25 alone.
