About The Program
This project strengthens health infrastructure and preventive care at the village level.
Key Features
- Deployment of a Patient Transport Vehicle to facilitate timely emergency healthcare access for rural households.
- Collaboration with the District Health Department to develop a stronger village-level referral pathway.
- Planning and groundwork for establishing a new primary healthcare institution to improve local health service access.
- Baseline health assessments to capture community-level health trends and needs.
- Awareness campaigns on hygiene, reproductive health, menstrual health, and NCD prevention using interactive formats such as group discussions and health camps.
- Regular meetings with Panchayat bodies, frontline workers, and district officials to align activities with government health schemes.
